FAQ
The two main reasons homeowners get roof inspections are to learn how much life their roof has left to determine if it's time for a replacement or if they have a roof leak. However, your roof will also get inspected if a storm damages it, if you're selling/buying a home, and during routine maintenance.

As soon as possible, call the professionals and have us get onsite before calling your insurance company. Talking to a professional onsite is important if your roof does not need replacing or the damage is not more than your deductible. We do not want you to file a claim with your insurance company unless necessary.
Whether water is still leaking or you have stemmed the immediate symptoms, the problem will only worsen until dealt with. Roofing requires professional expertise to ensure a successful repair process.

There are many ways to know if your roof needs to be repaired or replaced, and our Roofing Specialists at Big Sky Roofing are here to help walk you through that process!
The first step you take with Big Sky Roofing is an initial inspection, which is our Roofing Specialist looking for any/all types of damage that may be present. We then look at the roof as a whole and decide what the best course of action is: repair, replace, or nothing at all! Our goal is always to save you time and money, and we will never upsell you a roof if it is not needed.
Asphalt shingles typically take 1-2 days to replace. Metal roofing takes 4-6 days. Clay or concrete tiles require more time, with an estimated replacement timeline of 8-9 days.
